Howard Breslow, the firm's co-founding Partner, passed away in August 2019, from pancreatic cancer. He received his BBA in Accounting in 1961 from the Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York School of Business and Public Administration. In 1964, he received his law degree from New York University where he was a John Norton Pomeroy Scholar and an Editor of the NYU Law Review. Following law school, he was a Law Clerk to the Honorable John R. Bartels, Federal District Court, Eastern District of New York, and subsequently earned his LLM in Taxation from NYU in 1968. Howard was a brilliant attorney whose logic, creativity, and passion set him apart as one of the best corporate/transactional attorneys. Howard will be missed by all those who had the honor and pleasure of knowing him.
